If for any reason you're not happy with your experience, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your account creation under the below conditions.

• The 30-day period begins on the date your PeakBot account is created, regardless of any broker promotion, coupon, or free trial you may be using. Further, this guarantee is immediately void if any coupon, promotional code, or discounted offer was applied at the time of signup or at any point during your subscription.
• You may not have made any payment to PeakBot within this period, as such, there is no fee to refund.
• To initiate a refund, email us at experience@peakbot.com and schedule an appointment with a customer success representative.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of account creation. You will no longer be eligible for a refund 15 days after the 30-day guarantee period ends (i.e., 45 days from account creation).
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at signup.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable on a prorated or partial basis. If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the term, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
• If a trading strategy or copy trader associated with your subscription becomes unavailable for any reason — including but not limited to the trader ceasing operations, leaving the platform, or becoming incapacitated — no refund will be issued. In such cases, PeakBot will provide a credit for the remaining value of your subscription, which may be applied toward any other active subscription available on the platform.

Limitations: We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the guarantee, or violations of our Terms of Service.
